After devouring House of Sky and Breath, the second Crescent City book by Sarah J. Maas, I deep dived into fandom. (Because, OMG, that ending!) While searching for podcast interviews with Sarah J. Maas, I stumbled across 88 Cups of Tea.

What an affirming, fun, and intimate podcast interview! They talked about character building and how to get unstuck in your writing and shared personal stories that made me feel as if I was listening to these two remarkable women chat over tea.

I promptly downloaded interviews with two more of my favorite authors: S.A. Chakraborty, author of The Daevabad trilogy; and Nnedi Okorafor, author of the Akata books.

The podcast is hosted by Yin Chang. She has the most amazing energy. She’s upbeat. Supportive. And  she asks insightful questions that lead to fantastic discussions.

I highly recommend this podcast. The show is currently on hiatus, but there are over 100 recorded episodes. The first episodes have to be downloaded from the website, but the last 100 are available through your favorite podcast app.
